Welcome! There are many ways to get started at BENEFITNESS. But the best way is to enroll for private discounted introductory session with a trainer. That way, we can assess your needs and create a program especially for you.
if your interest in is PT or TRX, we will
discuss your challenges and goals and set up a personalized program that fits
your schedule.
If you'd like to start with the Group Mat Class, you must first attend one of our introductory classes, which are held one Sunday each month at 9:30 am (please check dates). If you choose to become a Private Client, your first introductory session will be where issues, challenges and goals are discussed. You will also be introduced to the 5 Basic Principles of Pilates, learn a little about the history of Pilates and then begin with some basic exercises.
