At BENEFITNESS - we focus on the benefits of Pilates. We use STOTT Pilates training methods with a variety of equipment and mat workouts to fit the demanding requirements of men and women serious about their fitness.
This form of Pilates is a modern take on the original exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates and includes modern principles of exercise science and spinal rehabilitation. It's one of the safest and most effective training exercise methods available, and can be practiced at any fitness level. Our founder, Melissa Siple, is one of an elite group of fully certified, Level 2 STOTT PILATES Instructor Trainers. In addition to Melissa, all our BENEFITNESS instructors hold certifications in STOTT Pilates and many other fitness regimens as well. You can learn more about us here.
