private sessions
We want your experience here at BENEFITNESS to be as good as possible. This works best when we can start off by understanding your goals and your physical capabilities and challenges as complete as possible.
That's why, when you first come to join us, we ask that you have at least one or two private sessions with one of our trainers. These sessions are discounted, and they help us get you off on the right foot. Private sessions are also helpful if you have a demanding schedule or need to work on specific areas that might not be covered in a group class.
