Do I have to call before coming to a class?
Yes. Space MUST be reserved, some of our classes are full or only cover advanced workouts. Do I have to bring a mat? No. Mats are provided at the studio. What should I wear to a session? Clients should wear something comfortable to move in...something fairly form fitting is recommended (but not REQUIRED!) so that proper alignment can be assessed. What about footwear? All Pilates exercises are performed wearing socks. When should I arrive for class? What should I bring? Clients should try to arrive a few minutes before class starts to get settled in. You don't have to bring anything but yourself. Water is provided. |
Cancellation Policy
Mat & private sessions require 24 hour notice* of cancellation to avoid a full pre-paid fee charge. If the session is not pre-paid, please note that cancellations of less that 24 hours more that twice in any four week period will result in a "pre-pay" requirement and possible loss of time-slot.
Group reformer and Duet Sessions require pre-payment and are time limited. If a session is missed, the client is still responsible for payment for that session ("Use it or lose it") *PLEASE NOTE: 24 hour notice means a full 24 hours before the scheduled session time. |
